Carla Savetsky is a member of the women's healthcare team at the Continuum Center for Health and Healing. She is a registered physician assistant with extensive training in obstetrics and gynecology. She had previously worked for many years as a midwife on the labor and delivery floor in an urban hospital setting and more recently in an OB/GYN private practice. Carla is a certified herbalist, working primarily with western herbs to create individualized formulations for her patients. She has also trained in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Uterine Massage, a gentle external technique used to alleviate numerous gynecological complaints. Carla utilizes her unique knowledge and training to help her patients heal a myriad of gynecological issues such as chronic vaginitis, cervical dysplasia and uterine fibroids, and other health concerns.
