Stephan Quentzel is currently the Chief of Primary Care Psychiatry at Beth Israel Medical Center and a faculty member at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. Dr. Quentzel is educated in medicine and in health law and policy and he is also clinically trained in both psychiatry and family medicine. Dr. Quentzel’s teaching, clinical, research and policy development efforts focus on integrating physical and mental health conceptually, diagnostically and therapeutically. Consistent with his “all things are connected” worldview, Dr. Quentzel’s clinical practice, while spanning all of psychiatry and primary care medicine, specializes in addressing the illness and the wellness of mind, body, spirit and social environment together.
