We require payment or insurance co-payment at the time of service.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment date. If appointments are not cancelled in advanced, a fee will be charged. This fee is not covered by your insurance.

By Subway
Take the N or R line to Broadway and 28th Street or take the 1 or 9 train to 28th Street and Seventh Avenue. Walk east to Fifth Avenue. Take the 6 train to 28th Street and Park Avenue. Walk west to Fifth Avenue.

By Bus
Take the M2, M3, M4 or M5 to Fifth Avenue and 28th Street. The Center is located at this stop. Take the M101 or M102 to 28th Street and Third avenue and walk west to Fifth Avenue. Take the M20 to 28th Street and Seventh Avenue and walk east to Fifth Avenue.

By Car
From the East Side, take the FDR drive to the East 34th Street exit. Take a right onto Park Avenue. Then take a left onto 35th Street. Then take a left onto Fifth Avenue to 28th Street. From the West Side, take the West Side highway to the 34th Street exit. Head east bound on 34th Street and take a right hand turn onto Fifth Avenue to 28th Street.
